Artist Diane Likeness

Diane Likeness was born and raised in the great state of Texas. She has lived most of her life in Houston and despite the traffic she loves it. Diane attended Texas Tech University and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Finance…a degree she has yet to utilize. She has held a variety of jobs including advertising and fundraising but has always had a passion for creating art.

Diane started her crafting career as a child. She began working with macaroni and fighting her three siblings for crayons that were not chewed or broken. She has since graduated to painting, ceramics, paper crafts and beadwork. She is always looking at ways to make art out of everyday objects. To her husband's dismay she enjoys experimenting with household items.

Diane also enjoys reading, listening to music and spending time with her loving husband and four rescue dogs. Currently, she is on her way to becoming an elementary school teacher where she looks forward to using her creativity with children.
