Glass Artist and Painter Jan Janecky

Born in 1978 in Liberec, Czech Republic, Jan began studying glass artistry in 1992 through 1996. His area of expertise became glass painting. Jan established his studio in 1997 where he developed new glass painting techniques for modern design and architecture. Jan currently works with such prestigious Czech glass companies including Preciosa; Ajeto, Moser and TGK. Currently Jan also teaches applied arts in Novy Bor while he attends Charles University in Prague. As a diversion, Jan plays electric-Indie music and is a member of the trio "River For Sale".
