Privacy Policy Realm Dékor Ltd. Will not sell or share the information we receive from your order to third parties; including customer names, addresses or order processing information. We maintain strict customer information privacy policies and safeguard all customer information. Ordering Orders can be placed online, by fax, email or snail mail. Money orders and cashier’s checks drawn on a U.S. bank are also accepted. Please send cashier’s check or money order payments to the above address. Delivery Times Delivery times vary depending on your geographical location, but generally take 4-10 days for domestic orders and 1-2 weeks for international. Occasionally an item will be sold out. Delivery times could be longer in such cases while we re-stock. Canceling/Changing Orders Due to our quick processing time, order changes must be made within 24 hours of when the order was placed. Cancellations will only be accepted up to 24 hours after the order is placed. Please email your changes or cancellations to: customerservice@realmdekor.com with your order number to make changes or cancellations. Merchandise may be returned or exchanged in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Realm Dékor Ltd. will not refund shipping charges for returned items nor pay for the shipping of returned items unless: - The items delivered were not what you ordered
- The merchandise arrived damaged or is defective.
In these cases, please contact our customer service department immediately upon receipt and we will issue an RMA number. (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) The shipping cost for returning incorrect, defective or damaged goods will be reimbursed with the item cost when we receive the package. How to Make a Return If you wish to make a return or exchange please follow these instructions: - Contact our customer service department to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We will only accept packages clearly marked with an RMA number.
- Place your item in its original packaging. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box near the mailing label. Packages must be returned postage paid. Realm Dékor Ltd. will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for returned items. The postage cost will be refunded to you along with the cost of the returned item.
- Ship the item to us postage paid. Insurance is also recommended so the item is covered should damage occur during shipping.

FAQ What forms of payment do you accept? Realm Dekor Ltd. accepts all major credit cards including: Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Card, as well as money orders or cashier's checks drawn in U.S. dollars on a U.S. bank. Our system also accepts secure PayPal fund transfers. Will I receive an order confirmation? You will receive an order confirmation shortly after checkout. This email acknowledges receipt of your order and has the order details. There will be a reference number you can use when contacting us about orders. Will I be charged sales tax? We are required to charge sales tax to all orders shipped to an Ohio address. Orders outside Ohio are not charged sales tax. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to determine if local or state taxes apply in their area. Where does the merchandise ship from? The Real Dekor Ltd. offices are located in Columbus, OH. Some of our specialty custom products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer for faster delivery. For shipping within the U.S.A. and its Territories (USVI, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) RealmDekor Ltd. uses USPS Priority Mail or in some cases USPS First Class Mail. We add a delivery confirmation number for tracability both over the phone and online at www.usps.com
